The Missing Link: FOUND

Does your kids enjoy learning about Science? I am not into Science at all. My husband and my son share a love of it and can testify I have no interest in it. Science used to make me so sleepy because it was so boring when I was in school. Learning should be fun and it was far from that because every Science or Biology teacher I had never made it interesting. If I had been homeschooled maybe it would have been a different story :O)

A company by the name of Media Angels is dedicated to providing materials parents can use for a good Creation Science Curriculum. There are also study guides to go along with the studies. In our house it is vital to keep God in our studies. He is where ALL life began and we want our son to grow up knowing this. Having a curriculum like this available is a plus. Media Angels has started a Truth Seekers Mystery Series. The first in the series is a book called The Missing Link: Found. It is available for $8.99.

1. The Missing Link: Found

The author of this book is a Christian and a homeschool graduate. How cool is that! She was 17 years old when she finished writing this book. The book is geared toward tweens and those in their early teens. I read majority of this book myself. It was hard at times to keep me on track when they started talking scientific terms. Those are the parts I skipped around on. Other parts of the story are action pack, full of mystery, suspense, and exciting adventure. That's the part I liked reading the most. Some of the main characters in this book are a Christian family who homeschools their kids. That's another plus for a homeschooling parent or student. In all the exciting adventure the kids find they keep having to defend their faith. As my son matures this may be one of those books he will definately enjoy. I also think this story does a good job of showing kids the importance of living by faith and standing up for what you believe no matter the cost.

So stop by Media Angels today and check it out for yourself. While you're there you can also sign up to receive free newsletters and get free e-books in return.
