Today I'm thankful for a tip I picked up from another mom when making stuffing/dressing ahead of time. After you've finished cooking it and letting it cool off, spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Fill each cup with the stuffing/dressing you scooped out. Put pan into freezer to let them harden then pop them out and put into Ziplock bags and freeze for later use. Now you have individual servings already divided out for each person to eat and whatever you don't use you've got some stored up to use in another recipe for later.
