Strawberry Jell-O Pie

For Memorial Day we will be eating a pie our son made. This will also be good to make for July 4th, or Labor Day!

He made us a strawberry Jell-O pie. Remember that key lime pie I talked about on Pi Day? This is just like that but with different ingredients to change the flavor. All you need to make this pie is 1 box of strawberry flavored Jell-O, 2~ 6 oz. containers of strawberry yogurt, and 8 oz. cool whip.  Here’s what he did step by step to make this pie...

1. Mix Jell-O and both yogurts together in a bowl to get this pretty red color.
2. Fold in the Cool Whip to get the cloudy pink color.
3. Pour into a graham cracker crust, cover, and chill for 3-4 hours or overnight. Once it’s set you’re ready to slice and enjoy!
