"And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." ~Romans 12:2 NKJV~

Eggnog Snickerdoodles

1 box white cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup eggnog
1/4-1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

1-2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. eggnog
pinch nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 or 375 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir together to thoroughly mix. My batter was a little softer than expected so I let it sit for a minute or two. You will notice it gets thicker. On a parchment lined (I used a baking mat instead) cookie sheet put spoonfuls of dough 1 inch apart until filled up. If you desire try to flatten your dough a little. My family likes theirs puffy so I didn't bother doing that. Bake cookies 8-10 minutes but no more than 12 minutes until browned on bottom. Let sit a minute then remove cookies and place on a cooling rack to finish cooling off. Continue steps above until all the dough is used.

Combine all ingredients for glaze and drizzle over cookies. Let sit to harden then enjoy!
