Popcorn Balls

8-9 cups of popped popcorn
1/2 cup butter
10 oz. bag marshmallows
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
cooking spray
Disposable gloves

Optional Add ins:
1 cup peanuts

In a big bowl add in cooked popcorn. In a big saucepan melt butter and stir in brown sugar until smooth and well combined. Stir in salt. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Pour over popcorn. If using other add ins put them in now. Stir with a big spoon to get popcorn fully coated. Let cool for a bit then put on a pair of disposable gloves. Spray hands (gloves) with cooking spray. Start forming balls with the popcorn mixture. Be careful because popcorn could still be very warm. Lay on waxed or parchment paper while forming more balls. Enjoy! Wrap any leftovers in cling wrap and store in an airtight container.

*Notes: Spraying the gloves with spray helps to make the process easier to keep the popcorn from sticking to your hands.
